Candidate
must possess at least a Vocational Course or Bachelor's/College Degree in
Culinary or equivalent.

At least
minimum 4-5 years of experience in the same capacity and preferably in
hospitality industry

Must
have a working experience in a deluxe/luxury hotel in same position

Must
have a HACCP certification

Must
be able to plan and direct food preparations in kitchen

Must
be able to identify/keep an eye out for problems that arise in the kitchen

Must
be flexible, creative and reliable at all times

Must
be a self-starter and tactful

Must
be good in time management and with excellent leadership skills

Must
have a hand and eye coordination

Must
be adaptable and works well in a dynamic environment

Must
be flair with and passion for different kinds of ingredients

Must
be able to cope under pressure and efficient to set deadlines

Must
have an experience in stock taking, budget control and menu costing

be able to work flexible hours
